I was very disappointed with this company. My husband was at work. Another company was having an event where Netsins Ice Cream Truck was providing ice cream to employees. Our son saw the ice cream truck and, like any child would, wanted an ice cream. Understanding that the event was for employees of another company, my husband offered to pay full price for an ice cream for our son. Despite being willing to purchase it, the staff refused to serve him. To make matters worse, my son’s birthday is tomorrow, which made the situation even more disappointing. Regardless of whether it was his birthday or not, I can’t understand turning away a child when someone was offering to pay. A small act of kindness could have made a little boy’s day, and lastly brought this company more bookings in future. I understand businesses have policies, but customer service and compassion go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a negative impression.

I ordered vanilla ice cream with Carmel sauce whipped cream snickers Twix and rainbow sprinkles and they gave it to me 10/10

They have a large selection of creative custards. If you are looking for ice cream, they serve Perrys. States on the menu the price you pay reflects credit card payment, 4% less of you use cash.

Delicious ice cream or custard! Can eat inside or order and eat outside. We walked down with some friends to enjoy. I had a simple sundae and it was perfect, they have multiple types of sorbet and they’re the home of the “ice cream plate”. If you need a mountain of ice cream, that’s the choice for you.

Lots of ice cream and custard options! They have an indoor counter as well as ordering window. They have many flavors that can be mixed into the custard. The staff unfortunately wasn't particularly helpful answering questions as a first time guest. The menu prices also were not what was reflected on my receipt (Reg custard listed as $4, charged $4.50 + .75 for sprinkles. Reg HF sundae listed as $5.30, charged $6.80 + .75 for nuts). Otherwise the ice cream was delicious!
